Setting up the PyVISA-proxy server
PyVISA-proxy needs a remote server in order to provide access to plugged in instruments.
You can run the PyVISA-proxy server calling the package with the synchronization port:
pyvisa_proxy --port 5000
An asynchronous server process will start which can be addressed from the remote client interface.
If you need a custom rpc channel port, call the package with an additional RPC port:
pyvisa_proxy --port 5000 --rpc-port 5001
If you want to set a custom PyVISA backend, call the package with the backend parameter:
pyvisa_proxy --port 5000 --backend "@py"
